Very trendy new restaurant
annexed to the Hotel d'Inghilterra, already discovered by many VIPs
who love taking their time at the tables in front of international
dishes. The menu is, in fact, very varied and takes inspiration from
all corners of the world in tribute to the slogan: "A delight
from every nation." Without forgetting, of course, Italy and
fresh Mediterranean dishes (a popular delicacy is the caprese seafood
salad with mozzarella, tomatoes and botargo) "spiced up"
by the humor and extreme kindness of the maitre d' Signor Aurelio,
exquisite host. Spotted at the tables, in the gorgeous historic center
of Rome (Via Borgognona, even more pleasant in the splendid alfresco
area), designer Roberto Capucci, Ursula Andress, Anna Fendi, Egon
Von Furstenberg and actresses Nancy Brilli and Sabrina Ferilli, crazy
about the sacred afternoon tea ritual.
